If you're ready to make a real difference and be part of a team that's creating positive change, we want you to join us. Let's build a brighter future for pets and their owners, together.

As Business Support Manager you will:
  1. Operational & Business Process Change Management – Act as the key link between operational teams and organisational changes, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with business needs.
  2. Governance & Compliance Oversight – Lead a team of Business Support Partners to support directors in maintaining robust governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with key stakeholders to implement operational changes effectively, provide insights, and ensure seamless coordination of business support functions.
  4. Policy & Procedure Management – Develop, review, and update policies and procedures to align with organisational goals and operational best practices.
  5. Business Case Development & Reporting – Prepare comprehensive business cases, governance documentation, and strategic reports to support decision-making and operational excellence.
  6. Process Improvement & Workflow Optimisation – Identify opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and support functions, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
We’re seeking someone with:
  1. Governance & Compliance Knowledge – Strong experience working with governance frameworks to ensure operational effectiveness and regulatory adherence.
  2. Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency – Proven ability to implement process improvements that enhance business performance and drive cost savings.
  3. Stakeholder Management & Influencing Skills – Experience collaborating with directors, support functions, and operational teams to implement strategic initiatives.
  4. Change Management & Business Transformation – Ability to manage and facilitate change initiatives within a complex organisational environment.
  5. Analytical & Reporting Skills (Desirable) – Experience in data analysis and producing high-quality reports to support business decision-making.
  6. Process Improvement Methodologies (Desirable) – Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks.
Why Join Us?

At PDSA, we care for both pets and people. As part of our team, you will enjoy a supportive, flexible working environment, along with a range of great benefits designed to make you feel valued:

  1. Remote and flexible working options to suit your lifestyle.
  2. 25 days holiday (excluding Bank Holidays), with the option to buy or sell up to 5 additional days per year.
  3. An additional Wellbeing Day, so you can recharge whenever you need it.
  4. Generous pension schemes, starting at 5% contributions and increasing up to 10%.
  5. Life Assurance policy (4x annual salary) to give you peace of mind.
  6. Employee Assistance Program and Online Wellbeing Centre available 24/7 for confidential support.
  7. Retail and Holiday Discounts via our fetch platform, giving you access to a wide range of deals.
