At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at an AXA office, or attending offsite meetings and events.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Co-ordination and delivery of management reporting and board papers.
  2. Independently producing high quality ad hoc papers, presentations and briefing notes.
  3. Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the PLT.
  4. Delivering the People team Communications and Engagement plan.
  5. Managing, prioritising, and delivering ad-hoc requests delegated by the PLT.
  6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with PLT, CEO Offices and UK&I and Group stakeholders.
  7. Assisting with ad-hoc projects as needed.

What you’ll bring:

  1. Ability to synthesise information and produce high quality output in a variety of medium (including PowerPoint) without guidance.
  2. Good communication skills and ability to motivate others to meet deadlines and exceed targets, including talking to people of all grade levels, influencing, networking ability, understanding your audience and what they need.
  3. High level of initiative and superbly organised.
  4. Highly commercial and naturally collaborative outlook.
  5. Curious mindset and daring to question/challenge.
  6. Ability to show integrity, discretion and judgement.
  7. Excellent writing skills (papers, briefing notes, comms).

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

What we offer:

At AXA UK, we’re appreciative of the people who work for us, and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that. You can expect to receive:

  1. Competitive annual salary of up to £50,000 dependent on experience
  2. Annual company & performance-based bonus
  3. Private health insurance
  4. Contributory pension scheme (up to 12% employer contributions)
  5. Life Assurance (up to 10 x annual salary)
  6. 28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
  7. Opportunity to buy up to 5 extra days leave or sell up to 5 days leave
