Job Title: Business Support Lead/Client Service Representative

Location: Bromley

Duration: 12 months

My high-profile client is recruiting for a Business Support Lead. The role is a hybrid position but due to training will start out as full time in the office, working normal office hours.

Role Description:

The role entails the following responsibilities:

  • Review and reconciliation of all dormant and inactive accounts (DDA)
  • Liaising with clients via email for both dormant and inactive accounts
  • Administration of EMEA Client Service, Fulfilment and Digital Services client delight scores on a daily and monthly basis
  • Review, update and investigate client escalations and complaints that have been logged in the designated tool by the EMEA Service and Fulfilment Teams
  • Review and investigate all InfoSafes logged for the EMEA Service and Fulfilment teams
  • Adhoc requests required to support the Business Support, Service and Fulfilment teams

The Team:

We're currently seeking a Business Support Officer to join our diverse Bromley based Business Support Team. As part of the Business Support team, you will have the opportunity to learn a wide range of treasury products and systems, apply critical thinking, and continuously look for enhancements to our processes to mitigate risk. As the business grows, you would be exposed to future career progression across the group, given the focus on growing Talent.
