As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Business Support Administrator to provide essential operational and administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of key business processes.

Role Overview

As a Business Support Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the business by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring effective communication across teams. This is a process-driven role suited to someone highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You’ll be supporting senior leaders, managing key workflows, and ensuring that business operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support across various teams, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments for key stakeholders.
  • Process Management: Own and optimise key business processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth execution.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as a point of contact between teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Data & Systems Management: Maintain and update business systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in the creation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Problem-Solving & Proactive Support: Identify and address administrative challenges before they become issues.
  • General Office & Business Support: Assist with any additional business operations and administrative duties as required.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Confident and professional in liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: You ensure accuracy and consistency in everything you do.
  • Proactive & Solutions-Oriented: You take ownership of your work and anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Tech-Savvy (or Willing to Learn): Comfortable with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • Executive Support Skills: Previous experience supporting leadership, managing schedules, and handling sensitive information is a plus.
