Business Support Associates (BSA) provide the highest level of customer service to our contractors, PMO partners and internal teams. They are the contractor’s sole point of contact during the onboarding process ensuring both Allegis Global Solutions and Client onboarding requirements are fully completed for all candidates before starting their assignment. Once onsite, managing any queries, mid contract changes, extensions and offboarding, whilst adhering to operational compliance. They remain in regular contact with their stakeholders, working in partnership to achieve the strategic goals of the business.
Business Support Associate’s execute a range of background checks, liaising with third parties to ensure completion in a timely manner. They manage and resolve any discrepancies identified during the onboarding process. The BSA reports directly to the BSM.
