Permanent

Salary – £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependant on experience

Hours - Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week with occasional hybrid working

Holiday – 25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) rising by 1 day per each year of service (up to a maximum of 30 days)

About The Business Support Assistant Role

We have an exciting role for a Business Support Assistant in our Stanley, County Durham office.

Key Responsibilities Of a Business Support Assistant Will Include:

  1. Being able to prioritise and manage tasks effectively.
  2. Actively resolve client issues to conclusion.
  3. Regularly monitor cash collection and fee renewals.
  4. Providing support with Directors’ diary management.
  5. To carry out administration services for departments such as typing, standard letters and engagement letters and take meeting minutes/actions.

About You:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
  1. Minimum of 1 year’s administration experience within an office environment.
  2. Good knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
  3. Hardworking with a high sense of urgency.
  4. Able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  5. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  6. Must have own transport as our office is difficult to get to by public transport.
