My client is seeking an experienced individual who can support the Leadership Team.

Duties of Business Support:
  1. Diary management for the Leadership Team including arranging all aspects of internal and external meetings as required.
  2. Coordinating the organisation of multiple meetings chaired by the UK claims leadership, including meeting pack preparation & collation, minute taking and following up on action points.
  3. General administration for the Leadership, including phone calls, filing, scanning, opening and distributing post, attendance records, archive management and staff expenses.
  4. Arranging presentations/events/away days - liaising with relevant departments and external contacts/companies to arrange as necessary.
  5. Arranging travel and accommodation both within the UK and overseas.
  6. Creating packs for reports which are used for senior leadership meetings.
  7. Assist the UK claims leadership in wide-ranging and varied project work.
  8. Miscellaneous secretarial duties as and when needed.
Essential:
  1. Experience of working in a similar position.
  2. Have strong written and spoken communication skills.
  3. Be computer literate and possess strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
