About the role
We are looking for a Business Skills Coach to join our friendly team who can deliver high-quality training programmes to develop our Apprentices' knowledge, skills, and behaviours for their Level 5 Coaching Professional Programme. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working in Apprenticeships, ideally delivering coaching and management qualifications.
Your responsibilities will include completing Apprentice learning, assessments, reviews, and completions efficiently, always aiming to exceed the quality standards set by management. You'll support every aspect of the learner journey, from preparing for the Gateway to delivering valuable, professional feedback and providing exceptional learning experiences and steadfast guidance to ensure every apprentice and learner achieves their Apprenticeship standards and qualifications successfully.
Location: Based on a hybrid working model, you will have the ability to work remotely with very occasional travel to customer sites and/or our Pearson office based in central London.
