Business Process Manager

Location: Remote

IR35: Inside

Job Type: 3-month contract (with possibility of extension)

We’re looking for a Business Process Manager to join our clients' dynamic team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Revolutionise business processes across IT, Finance, HR, Construction, and Planning within the FTTH / FTTP / Telecoms sector.
Challenge and refine "as-is" and "to-be" process designs, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Apply LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Model processes to support process mining and RPA initiatives.
Develop prioritisation documents and executive-level proposals to influence key decisions.
Build strong stakeholder relationships, aligning processes with business strategy and automation opportunities.
Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring high-quality output and career growth.

What You Need to Succeed:

Essential:

Lean Practitioner certification.
Proven experience in business process analysis and documentation (BPMN2 standards).
Proficiency in BPM tools (e.g., Signavio).
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to evaluate and enhance business processes in a high-growth organisation.
Leadership experience, developing and guiding teams.

Nice-to-Have:

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or above).
Process Mining expertise.
Experience in telecoms, construction, or fast-moving industries.
Ability to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from process flows.
Familiarity with automation and RPA opportunities.
UK driving licence.
