Job Description
We are looking for a Business Planning and Strategy Manager to join our Clerk of the Parliaments Office at the House of Lords. This is an exciting position where you will be the subject-matter expert for the business planning process within the House of Lords Administration and will develop strong relationships with functional teams and key stakeholders to enable our objectives to be delivered collaboratively and cohesively. This is a varied role where you will lead on and deliver the annual corporate and office business planning processes, support in the production of the annual report, as well as embedding the refreshed 2025-2030 corporate strategy. This is a hybrid opportunity where you will be able to work from home for up to 2 days per week, dependent on business needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with relevant experience of business planning processes, strategy development and reporting – and who enjoys working with, advising and representing a wide range of stakeholders.
