Page Group are delighted to be working in partnership with an industry specialist B2B Service provider who work in partnership with a number of organisations across the UK. Following impressive growth and investment, the business are now looking for a Business Operations Manager to work cross functionally across the business / operation to drive positive change, efficiency and improvement.

This role has long term scope to grow and eventually become a board level position within the business.

Job Description

Reporting into the Exec Board, this is a newly created role focused on driving operational improvement and efficiency across multiple functions, that will support business objectives. This is a holistic and sole standing role that will be a major link between the exec board and day to day operations. Key areas of focus include:

• Analyse and interpret all available data streams, understanding what the data is showing, and creating actionable improvements to support business objectives.
• Undertake reviews of operating processes and procedures ensuring they are robust and efficient.
• Drive improvements across processes and procedures focused around efficiency, time and cost to help support business wide growth plans.
• Create and present reports to the Exec Board based on operational performance and business activity.
• Support the operation on all process and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide support cross functionally within the business, working alongside key stakeholders on key programmes of work.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in a similar role - Operations Manager, Continuous Improvement, Business Analyst.
• Ability to lead process improvement activities across multiple areas.
• Highly analytic and data focused.
• Strong stakeholder management experience across all levels.
• Programme management experience.

Based in East Yorkshire this role will be fully on site initially.
