With consistent expansion over the last four years, we're now scaling both our digital and non-digital apprenticeship assessment offerings – and we need a driven, strategic operator to support that journey.

The Role:

Working closely with the Executive Director and senior leadership team, you’ll take strategic goals and turn them into clear operational plans, coordinating teams to deliver real impact. You'll play a key role in building strong provider partnerships, championing service excellence, and leading internal teams – including line management of our Heads of Quality – to ensure high performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage high-value provider partnerships
  • Translate strategy into operational delivery
  • Own service level performance and reporting
  • Oversee utilisation, capacity planning and project management
  • Drive process improvements and lead technology adoption
  • Engage with regulators and stay ahead of policy developments
About You:

You’ll have senior-level experience in an EPAO or Awarding Organisation, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in programme delivery and operational excellence.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years in a senior role at an Awarding Organisation
  • Excellent people and stakeholder leadership
  • Deep understanding of the education and training landscape
  • Confident working with regulators such as IfATE

  • Background in quality or assessment
  • Understanding of technology in awarding operations
