Candidates must have experience managing a team of EAs.
Position: Business Manager/Office Manager
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
Hybrid setup: 5 days in the office

Key responsibilities for this Business Manager/Office Manager position:
- Line Management: Line management of members of the London administrative team, ensuring a communicative, coherent team that works together to ensure a white glove customer service experience.
- Office Management: Working with the Facilities Co-ordinator, ensure high standards of facilities management for the offices.
- Building strong relationships with building management & other tenants.
- Oversee delivery of Health and Safety policy and implement any new legal requirements.
- Responsible for office data collection and submission for ESG purposes.
- Ensure good workplace management including office moves, seating moves, visitor accommodation etc.
- Oversee management of vendors, ensuring strong vendor management for administration function.
- Events: Oversee any events for the London team including strategy sessions, socials, offsites.
- Project Management: Project management of various initiatives including working with the Director of Administration to coordinate office moves and integration projects.
- Support for CEO: Work closely with the CPO & COO to deliver tasks as required by the business e.g. assisting in the delivery of ExCo meetings.
- Communications: Key contact for team communications on office & operational projects.
- IT: Work closely with the IT team to ensure a seamless and effective service between the administrative function and IT for the wider team.
- Philanthropy/DEI: Member of the DEI committee, spearheading initiatives within the London office and philanthropy representative.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Proven line management experience.
- An organised self-starter who can manage and prioritise concurrent projects and assignments to successful completion within defined deadlines.
- Comfortable working in fast paced, highly professional environments with a growing & changing team is preferred.
