This is a senior leadership/director level role, responsible for leading the development and delivery of the product and merchandising strategy, product proposition and associated business performance targets for the Kids category at a global brand level. This includes product design, product line management and global collection merchandising functions.

What you’ll be doing

As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, planning and development of the Kids category in line with the global brand and product strategy. The scope of the role includes the development of seasonal product proposition that delivers against business performance targets, the definition of the range framework for this category, definition of the global pricing architecture and intake margin model, product creation, seasonal development, the delivery of all product related GTM tools on time and driving adherence to the seasonal development calendar for a category.

As part of the senior leadership team, you are expected to be a role model for Clarks values and create and lead a high performing culture that engages and motivates the team to develop, deliver and drive results.

What you’ll bring with you

Already a leader of a sizable and multifunctional team in a global company with a matrix structure, you have experience working as part of the senior leadership team. Together with your experience in buying, product, merchandising and marketing roles for Kids within Global Footwear, Accessories, Fashion or Lifestyle brands and understanding of product category management, you are able to drive commercial success across multiple channels (retail, digital and wholesale) and markets.

Communication is key in this role and you are able to influence different audiences at all levels. You take pride in having the ability to nurture an environment where your team is engaged and motivated.
