Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development: Engage commercial and residential property owners to secure new clients and build long-term relationships.
  2. Marketing & Branding: Lead marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness and attract clients.
  3. Lead Generation: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients to support business growth.
  4. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to offer valuable insights.

Ideal Candidate:
  1. Sales & Business Development Experience: Proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in property management or a related field.
  2. Marketing Expertise: Skilled in running campaigns across digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.
  3. Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Confident in managing relationships and negotiating with stakeholders.
  4. Organised & Target-Driven: Able to manage multiple projects and consistently meet sales targets.
  5. Property Management Knowledge (Preferred but Not Essential): Experience in property management is a plus, but not required.
