Job Description
Business Management optimizes business performances by helping to drive key initiatives. We act as trusted advisors and counterweights to Business/Group Heads, and are responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. The role of a business manager is dynamic and can vary from business to business, in line with the priorities of the different lines of business.
As a Business Manager Associate within Credit, Securitized Products and Public Finance Sales team, you will utilize your problem-solving, analytical, project management, and influencing skills to assist business heads in driving business strategy as well as day-to-day support. Incorporating responsibilities of a CFO, COO, and Chief of Staff, business managers drive initiatives across reporting, analytics, financial planning, controls, and stakeholder communications. You will partner with other business managers regionally/globally across the Spread franchise and other functions such as Legal & Compliance, Business Controls Office (BCO), Planning & Analysis (P&A), Controllers/ Finance, Operations and Technology, etc. to define and drive the business agenda.
