As a Business Intelligence Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights, leading a team of talented analysts and developers. Your deep knowledge of Qlik (QlikView, Qlik Sense, and Qlik SaaS) will drive the delivery of innovative BI solutions, enabling key stakeholders to make data-backed decisions that propel the organization forward.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute the organization’s BI strategy, aligning it with business goals.
2. Team Management: Lead and mentor a dynamic BI team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
3. Solution Development: Design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge Qlik dashboards and reports.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify BI requirements and deliver impactful insights.
5. Data Governance: Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Expert Qlik Skills: Extensive experience with QlikView, Qlik Sense, and related tools.
2. Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing and mentoring BI teams.
3. Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate findings effectively.
4. Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL.
