Are you seeking a high-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership? The EU-NFT team is looking for a customer-focused Business Intelligence Engineer with strong analytical and technical expertise to drive performance measurement, innovation, and execution within Fulfillment Center Operations. This role plays a critical part in optimizing Amazon’s fulfillment network—enhancing the customer experience through faster delivery promises and enabling cost-efficient fulfillment planning and execution. Partnering with Fulfillment Center Operations and data teams, you will develop analytics dashboards, deep-dive tools, and influence product roadmaps using data insights and AWS services.

The Network Flow and Technologies (NFT) team is responsible for building data solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance the Amazon customer experience. We work across the supply chain to optimize for the network, while minimizing complexity and reducing variation to ensure streamlined operations and consistent outcomes. By providing comprehensive reporting, insightful attribution, and accurate forecasting, we empower our stakeholders to understand what happened, why it happened, and what will happen next. We own the results, not just the technology. We rigorously audit outputs with metrics and experiments, ensuring accuracy and holding dependencies accountable for input quality.
