A dynamic and prestigious professional services company based in the heart of the City of London are seeking a talented Infrastructure Manager to join their team in this newly created role. This multifaceted position offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to support leveraging data within the Executive Office to drive business decisions by preparing, analysing and presenting data through advanced BI tools such as Alteryx and Power BI. The successful candidate will support transforming raw data into actionable insights, creating reports and supporting strategic decision making within the Executive Office.

The main focus of the role will include:

1. Using available ETL tools such as Alteryx and Power Automate to clean, transform and prepare data for analysis ensuring high data quality standards.
2. Integrating data from different sources into Microsoft Dataverse for centralised data.
3. Analysing data to identify trends, patterns and insights that can inform business stakeholders.
4. Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that can provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
5. Creating interactive and informative visualisations that clearly communicate key metrics and performance indicators.
6. Automating data workflows in Alteryx and Power Automate to streamline data preparation and reporting processes.
7. Documenting business intelligence processes, data models and reporting logic in Dataverse and Power BI.
8. Training end-users on how to interpret and use BI reports.

To succeed in this role, the individual will need:

1. Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.
2. A minimum of three years’ experience in business intelligence, data analysis or similar role.
3. Proven experience with Alteryx or Power Automate for data preparation and ETL.
4. Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse for data management integration.
6. Ideally experience with SQL for data manipulation.
7. Familiarity with data modelling, ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
8. Excellent work management and delivery skills with experience of managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
