Job Description
The purpose of this role is to collaborate with various teams to accelerate change as well as transform and improve the customer experience through insight and testing. As a member of this team, you will ensure a responsive and proactive engagement with stakeholders within the organization, in order to provide support services and enhancements to their existing portfolio of Power BI dashboards, which are maintained within the Data and Insights team. While working alongside the Data Science and Engineering team, you will work collaboratively to generate insight from their customer experience programmes, ADHOC data sets, and finally the insight request.
