We are looking for a Business Improvement Officer to join our team in Housing Transformation. You will share our values, commitment, and motivation to make a difference for our residents, clients, and communities.
As the Business Improvement Officer, you will support the improvement and transformation of the Housing Services and include the use of systems thinking and business process reengineering.
You will work alongside the Tenant Insight and Improvement Manager to ensure that tenant insight is considered throughout process mapping and service improvements.
You will be a key part of making meaningful changes. Your dynamic and proactive attitude will combine with project management and data analysis to deliver beneficial change for the organisation.
Educated to degree level, we are looking for someone with significant experience in either housing, process mapping, business improvement techniques or community engagement, together with an awareness of the issues affecting residents and their wider communities.
You will need to demonstrate:
