This role reports directly to the Head of Sales UK (Acquiring)
You are a driven, results-oriented professional with a passion for business development and growth. With a keen understanding of the payments and fintech landscape, you excel at creating opportunities and closing deals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and approach challenges with a proactive, "hunter" mentality.
Initial Interview - A 30-40-minute conversation with our Talent Acquisition team to explore your experience and career goals.
In-Depth Discussion - A 60-minute deep dive with the Hiring Manager, the Head of Sales to assess your skills and alignment with the role.
Final Behavioural Interview - A team-fit assessment with our CEO of the UK office and Group Chief Growth Officer of Acquiring, ensuring a strong cultural and strategic match.
