Location: Head Office Swinton
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Holiday: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Bonuses: New client acquisition bonuses, quarterly performance bonuses (venue sales), and annual bonuses based on department targets

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for driving business growth? We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to join our team and lead initiatives that expand our client base and enhance our service offerings.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement growth strategies to drive new client acquisition.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
