Based in our Birmingham office and working closely with the Birmingham senior leadership team, Advisory business, and the business generation team, the Business Generation Manager (BGM) will be responsible for supporting the Birmingham senior leadership team to drive successful market engagement and win new business. The BGM will support the running of our Birmingham key client programme, including positioning for key bids and framework renewals, targeting new clients, and helping to retain our existing clients.
Developing brand and communication activity to engage with the local Birmingham marketplace to drive pipeline generation and support our advisory practice on their go-to-market strategy that can be shared with the wider business and driven into the local Birmingham market. This is a hands-on role but requires the right candidate to have the ability to see the bigger picture and lead strategically. The role will work hand in hand with our Senior Campaign Manager and the other regional BGMs to ensure activity is aligned to our UK vision and the wider Business Generation community.
Our Birmingham team are at the heart of the most complex and interesting programmes taking place in the region today, shaping the infrastructure and real estate investment that supports the regional and local economy. This is a dynamic role, with lots of variety and opportunity to shape the direction of the business generation.
