This role: Business Director – Bumble We manage Bumble for the EMEA regions based out of our UK team, and additionally oversee 4 regional hubs (LATAM, India, ANZ, US). Our agency focus is on the strategy, planning and implementation of upper funnel, brand building campaigns, designed to raise awareness and drive consideration of the brand in-market, flexing according to market stage and local market nuances. Bumble is one of the biggest and most exciting accounts within the agency right now and this BD role is at the epicentre, providing a unique and exciting opportunity to not only be part of global/centrally led initiatives but also be a key player in driving local innovative market campaigns.
Working into both Central and Local team requires a multitude of processes and means that multiple campaigns can be briefed into the team at any one time, therefore, the focus of the BD role on Bumble will be on ensuring the smooth running of the team. Reporting into the BD are three accomplished Account Directors who are responsible for the day to day running of key markets, supported by a group of Account Managers and Account Executives. They look for support on identifying ways to streamline workflows, produce clear and well supported media recommendations, and identifying ways to improve the overall work output. The team has a brilliant culture of which this role is essential in maintaining and nurturing.
Additionally, you will support the Client Partner in the development and roll out of account guidelines and processes to ensure that the account runs smoothly and work closely together to ensure plans move efficiently from planning into activation stage, providing a holistic view on how campaigns are to be activated across multiple markets.
Overall, we are looking for someone who has a restlessness to do great work, push the boundaries on briefs, are passionate about nurturing teams and being a key player in the agency's exciting growth journey. International experience is a plus but not a requirement if you are keen to learn.
