Business Development Support

The Virtual Forge is an international company with offices in the UK, Portugal, and the US. We are experts in designing and developing AI and data-driven software solutions for the cloud and we are looking for a talented Business Development Support to join our international Sales & Marketing team.

You will be based in our Winnersh office 3 days per week.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Support professional to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Relationships and CEO/Commercial, you will play a key role in supporting the business development team, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies. Your enthusiasm for technology, exceptional communication skills, and people-oriented approach will be critical to your success in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Client Enquiries and Communication: Respond quickly and professionally to incoming client and partner inquiries.
• HubSpot CRM Management: Record and manage all client interactions using HubSpot CRM.
• Business Development Support: Assist in researching opportunities and preparing proposals.
• Collaboration with Marketing: Align promotional efforts with business objectives.
• Administrative and Logistical Tasks: Organize meetings, events, and schedules for the team.
• Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive People Person: Relationship builder with a collaborative mindset.
• Interest in Technology: Comfortable with tools like HubSpot CRM.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development or client relationship management.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
• Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment is a plus.
• Flexible schedule with 3 days a week in our Winnersh office.
