Location: Hammersmith, London, UK (Hybrid)

Our client is a global leading technology company specialising in cloud-based solutions for clinical research within Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, and Diagnostics companies.

Our client is currently seeking a Business Development Specialist, German (native-level) speaker, with a main focus on lead generation.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Establishing relationships with new and existing contacts to create demand.
  2. Maintaining a high engagement-to-delivery ratio to exceed sales targets.
  3. Managing opportunity handoff to Account Managers and product specialists.
  4. Tracking activities in Salesforce and Outreach for accurate reporting.
  5. Participating in marketing campaigns and customer-facing events.
  6. Ensuring compliance with NDA agreements in collaboration with legal teams.
  7. Working cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and pipeline growth.

Requirements:

  1. Business Development and sales experience.
  2. Selling to Life Sciences (ideal).
  3. Product experience with cloud-based solutions, SaaS, or Clinical Trials Solutions.
  4. Fluent in German.
