Business Development Sales Executive

Certain Advantage is hiring for a Business Development Sales Executive based in Liverpool. The role is on a permanent basis on a hybrid basis.

The Company

We're working with a business that's a leading Manufacturing client in Liverpool.

The Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Sales Executive to join their existing sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills and are money motivated this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for managing and growing the inside sales territory.
2. Managing a specific amount of small to medium sized accounts.
3. Generating leads and expanding the client base through phone calls, email and digital outreach.
4. Converting prospects into sales opportunities efficiently.
5. Managing a territory of accounts and building relationships.

Compensation

£50,000-£55,000 basic DOE plus bonus

The Individual

1. Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience ideally within a chemical company.
2. Proficiency in at least one other European language; preferably German, Italian or French.
3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proven ability to establish rapport and cultivate relationships with customers over the phone and remotely.
5. Strong persuasive and negotiation capabilities.
6. Results-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
7. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
