CereCore International is on the lookout for a driven, commercially minded Business Development Representative to join our growing UK team. This is a remote position with the opportunity to own your desk, work with NHS digital leaders, and play a key role in shaping our healthcare partnerships.

Location: Remote, with travel to client sites

Salary + OTE

About the Role:

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the engine behind our NHS growth strategy — identifying and engaging digital health decision-makers, driving outbound campaigns, and converting leads into qualified opportunities. This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role perfect for someone who thrives on cold calling, building client relationships, and navigating healthcare procurement processes.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and senior sales, follow up on event leads, and contribute to proposal and tender submissions. This role offers huge scope for progression and personal development as our UK business scales.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Build and manage your own desk targeting NHS and healthcare providers
  2. Prospect via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email, and events
  3. Own the sales funnel from lead to qualification
  4. Follow up on marketing campaigns and industry events
  5. Map and track NHS procurement frameworks (G-Cloud, HSSF, SBS)
  6. Engage NHS leaders including CCIOs, CIOs, Programme Directors
  7. Attend healthcare and NHS innovation events
  8. Represent CereCore’s brand, values, and health tech capabilities
  9. Collaborate on proposals, bids, and pre-qualifications
  10. Maintain accurate records in HubSpot or Salesforce

What We're Looking For:

  1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare sales, recruitment, or business development
  2. Strong understanding of the UK healthcare landscape, particularly the NHS
  3. Experience selling services or tech into NHS organisations
  4. Confident cold caller and self-starter who thrives on outbound outreach
  5. Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. Bonus if you understand EPR systems, cloud technology, or NHS frameworks
