We are expanding our presence globally. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be at the forefront of our growth—engaging with financial institutions, generating leads, and helping us bring our next-generation platform to new markets.
Prospect & Qualify Leads – Identify, research, and engage potential customers, creating new business opportunities.
Outbound Engagement – Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to key decision-makers at banks, fintechs, and financial institutions.
Lead Nurturing – Understand prospect pain points, align XYB’s solutions to their needs, and book meetings for the Sales team.
Pipeline Growth – Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality leads through strategic outreach.
Collaboration – Work closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and enhance lead generation.
CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities in the CRM for efficient follow-up and reporting.
1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales-related role, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or banking technology.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers (C-suite, Heads of Product, etc.).
Understanding financial markets and fintech trends.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
