Title: Business Development Rep - German Speaking

Company: Life Sciences Technology

Location: Hammersmith, London, UK (Hybrid)

Our client is a globally renowned technology company specializing in cloud-based solutions for clinical research within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, and Diagnostics industries. They are currently looking for a Business Development Specialist who is a native-level German speaker, with a primary focus on lead generation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establishing relationships with new and existing contacts to create demand.
  • Maintaining a high engagement-to-delivery ratio to exceed sales targets.
  • Managing opportunity handoff to Account Managers and product specialists.
  • Tracking activities in Salesforce and Outreach for accurate reporting.
  • Participating in marketing campaigns and customer-facing events.
  • Ensuring compliance with NDA agreements in collaboration with legal teams.
  • Working cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and pipeline growth.

Requirements:

  • Business Development and sales experience.
  • Selling to Life Sciences (ideal).
  • Product experience with cloud-based solutions, SaaS, or Clinical Trials Solutions.
  • Fluent in German.
