Job Title: Business Development Manager - Waterproofing & Roofing Systems

Area to be Covered: National
Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 neg + bonus
Benefits: Fully expensed hybrid/electric company car + full benefits package
Role Responsibilities:
- Field sales position selling a manufactured range of waterproofing systems including bitumen roofing, liquid waterproofing, single ply, hot melt, green roofing & roofing accessories.
- Focus on critical infrastructure projects.
- Sell to and get specified with architects, quantity surveyors, specialist sub-contractors & end users.
- End user clients include Google, Microsoft & Film Studios.
- Work on both new build and refurbishment projects.
- Project sizes vary between £500k-£3m.
Ideal Applicant Qualifications:
- Experience in waterproofing, roofing, roofing membranes, insulation, and liquid waterproofing products.
- Architectural specification sales experience in the building envelope/roofing industry is preferred.
- Consideration will be given to a building product sales person with an architect & contractor route to market.
- Consideration will also be given to a waterproofing distribution sales person.
- Must be commercially aware, energetic, autonomous, and driven.
