The role of the Business Development Manager – Waterproofing & Roofing Systems will involve:
- Field sales position selling a manufactured range of waterproofing systems such as bitumen roofing, liquid waterproofing, single ply, hot melt, green roofing & roofing accessories.
- Majority of your time will be focused on critical infrastructure projects.
- All of your time will be spent selling to and getting specified with architects, quantity surveyors, specialist sub-contractors & end users.
- End user clients would include: Google, Microsoft & Film Studios.
- Working on both new build and refurbishment projects.
- Project sizes vary between £500k-£3m.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Experience in waterproofing, roofing, roofing membrane, insulation, and liquid waterproofing products.
- Architectural specification sales experience in the building envelope / roofing industry.
- A background in building product sales with an architect & contractors route to market.
- Experience in waterproofing distribution sales.
- Commercial awareness.
- Tons of energy, autonomous, driven.
