Business Development Manager (Waste/Recycling)

£35,000 - £40,000 (Year 1 OTE £45,000-£50,000+) + Uncapped Commission + Company Car + Travel Expenses + Progression + Company Benefits

Location: Bury

Are you a Sales professional with a background in Waste/Recycling looking for autonomy to oversee the sales processes the way you see fit, while earning uncapped commission to significantly increase your earnings?

This company provides services including waste collection and treatment, hazardous waste disposal, confidential waste disposal, incineration, and recycling. You will have the chance to join a growing company that works with a range of businesses across the North West, from local businesses to large blue-chip firms.

In this role, you will be part of a small, tight-knit sales team working across Greater Manchester and Lancashire to build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

The Role:

  1. Visiting prospective clients
  2. Typical sales activities
  3. Working around Lancashire
  4. Mix of field-based, home working, and office working

The Person:
  1. Sales experience within the Waste industry
  2. Commutable to Bury
