We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing Oxford, UK team. This full-time, hybrid position will involve generating high-quality meetings and fostering relationships that drive business growth.
The ideal candidate should have experience with software sales and services sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
Contribute to the company’s sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenues.
Drive lead generation to acquire new customers & hit monthly sales targets.
Generation of meetings for consultants.
Attending suitable exhibitions and industry conventions.
Attending networking events and meetings.
Manage the sales pipeline reporting weekly activities.
Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals.
Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
Present weekly sales reports.
Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
Analyse data to identify sales opportunities.
Education and Experience
Proven experience in software sales and services sales.
Experience in winning & closing sales opportunities.
Business Degree (preferable).
Technical sales skills.
Proficient in conducting thorough market research.
