The Role:

1. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities
2. Proactively source new leads using market research, cold calling, online tools, and event attendance and convert them into successful long-term relationships
3. Work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging proposals, presentations, and reports
4. Engage with a wide variety of clients, from SMEs to multinational corporate entities, working with decision-makers to link their requirements to MPIs capabilities

The Person:

Experience in Business Development and project management within the construction / concrete / steel industry.
