Area to be covered: West Midlands

Remuneration: £40,000 - £47,000 + uncapped commission circa £5,000 - £10,000

Benefits: £6,500 car allowance (can offer electric vehicle after 6 months) & benefits package

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Plastic Building Products will involve:

1. External field sales position selling a range of plastic building products such as fascias, guttering, cladding, decking, sills, drainage, roofing, insulation, windows, doors, and bathroom panels.
2. All of your time will be spent selling to general builders, commercial contractors, bathroom installers, roofing contractors, decking installers, plumbing merchants, builder merchants, UPVC stockists, housebuilders, and local authorities.
3. Average order values can range from £200 - £10k depending on the type and size.
4. Turnover target will be set after your 3 month probation and experience level.
5. Working closely with Area Manager and Sales Director.

The ideal applicant will be:

1. Must have field sales experience in the building products sector.
2. Would consider someone working in a branch/depot looking to step into field sales.
3. Must have knowledge/experience with general builders, commercial contractors, bathroom installers, roofing contractors, decking installers, plumbing merchants, builder merchants, UPVC stockists, housebuilders, and local authorities.
4. Ideally sold plastic building products such as fascias, guttering, cladding, decking, sills, drainage, roofing, insulation, windows, doors, and bathroom panels (not essential).
5. Motivated and driven.
6. Must be computer literate.
7. Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident personality.
