What You'll Be Doing

  1. Own the Midlands & North territory, building and converting a strong sales pipeline
  2. Lead client relationships, bids, tenders, and complex contract negotiations
  3. Take a data-driven, insight-led approach to territory planning and performance tracking
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams
  5. Position yourself as a trusted advisor to NHS and digital healthcare clients
  6. Deliver and exceed performance targets — and be rewarded for it
