Role Overview

We’re seeking a mid-weight Sales Specialist with a solid track record in business development within the digital marketing and branding space. This is a strategic hire for our client – you’ll be someone who can take ownership of sales, build a pipeline from scratch, and convert high-quality leads into long-term client relationships. You’ll have an entrepreneurial mindset, be well-networked in the UK digital sector, and ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities in the UK and EU
  2. Identify and connect with key decision-makers in target industries
  3. Deliver compelling pitches that clearly communicate the agency's services and value proposition
  4. Work closely with the agency co-founders to shape sales strategy and growth targets
  5. Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts
  6. Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of projects.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. 3–6 years of sales/business development experience in the digital marketing or branding sector pitching creative/marketing services
  2. Strong network of contacts in the UK digital advertising and marketing space
  3. Proven ability to set up and manage CRM/sales pipelines
  4. Excellent communication, pitching, and presentation skills
  5. Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented approach
  6. Comfortable working remotely with autonomy and accountability
  7. Experience working in or with start-ups is highly desirable
