  • You will develop supporting business cases underpinning key organic or inorganic opportunities, including appropriate approaches for complex financial modelling, standalone valuation and synergy valuation (as necessary), considering market context.
  • You will perform comprehensive due diligence of organic and inorganic opportunities, including challenging financial and commercial information received to ensure rigour, consistency and integrity, and supervising input from external advisors.
  • You will support negotiations with counterparties on commercial organic and inorganic constructs, in addition to key deal parameters (legal, financial, operational).
  • You will remain aware of key developments in Telcom whilst actively contributing to pipeline of innovative growth ideas (organic and inorganic).

  • You will have strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills with key stakeholders.

Desirable:

  • You will have experience working in a Telecom/Tech sector.
  • You will have professional finance qualifications (CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
