Business Development Manager – Labels
Location: UK: Midlands, South, Wales
Salary: up to £55,000 Car, Laptop, Phone, Commission

With a legacy for quality and innovation, this manufacturer operating cutting-edge technology is a market leader in premium label printing.

We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and ambitious Business Development Manager to join a small team and spearhead new business growth. This is a new business-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on winning new clients and developing relationships from the ground up. While there is potential for account management in the future, the primary focus will be securing new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities across target growth sectors (Cosmetics/Personal Care, Sports Nutrition, Supplements/Vitamins).
  2. Proactively generate leads, nurture relationships, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  3. Represent the business with professionalism and energy, showcasing high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
  4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  5. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s continued success.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. A motivated, energetic, and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and business growth.
  2. Experience in B2B sales, ideally in high end labels.
  3. A natural networker with a spark and drive to build relationships and win business.
  4. Ability to work autonomously and travel as needed.
  5. Located in the Midlands, South or Wales (flexible for the right person).
