Are you a results-driven Business Development professional with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth?

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join a well-established consultancy, specialising in employee experience, engagement, and internal communications. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding their client base, targeting and growing FSTE 250 client relationships and shaping the future of their business.

The Role

  • Identify and engage new clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and nurture relationships within HR, Employee Engagement, and Internal Communications sectors.
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs, showcasing the value of their consultancy services.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage CRM systems effectively.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development, ideally within a similar comms agency or professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of HR, employee experience, employee engagement, or internal communications.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented approach with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
