Vacancies: 2 vacancies - areas to be covered: National search however will only cover where you're based for example: South East, Midlands, North West & Yorkshire etc

Remuneration: £45,000 - £60,000 + negotiable bonus / commission

Benefits: company car or £500 - £600 car allowance and full benefits

The role of the Business Development Manager - Hardware & Associated Products will involve:

1. Field sales positions selling a comprehensive range of high quality window & door hardware, furniture, accessories, access controls and locking systems
2. Majority of your time will be spent generating specifications from architects, interior designers, end users, high end hotel chains
3. Remainder of your time will be spent dealing with main contractors and sub-contractors
4. Average order values of £5-10k but on larger projects going as high as £250k+
5. Turnover target will be discussed and determined on your experience
6. Location will determine your territory

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager - Hardware & Associated Products with:

1. Specification sales experience in the interiors sector selling associated products such as: furniture, hardware, architectural ironmongery, window fittings, doors, tiles, flooring etc
2. Experience dealing with architects, interior designers and specifiers
3. Genuine enthusiasm and capable of working autonomously
4. Technically capable
5. Proactive and personable
