Role Overview:

The role of the Sales Executive – Interior Design & Build Services will involve:

1. Field sales position selling a complete design, build and project management service
2. Offering workplace consultancy, office design, change management, fit-out & refurbishment, furniture and support
3. Engaging with end user clients such as Kronospan, JD Sport, Regatta, and more
4. Managing typical order values ranging from £10k - £2m+
5. Achieving turnover targets based on experience
6. Attending the Manchester office when not on the road, with flexibility for the right candidate

Ideal Applicant Qualifications:

1. Commercial or industrial design & build / fit-out experience
2. Experience in storage and material handling is ideal
3. A network of industry contacts is preferred
4. In-depth knowledge of interior spaces and products
5. Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
6. Intelligent, resilient, people-focused, and organized
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
9. Good time management and customer service orientation
