We are delighted to be working with this market leading law firm based in London, who are looking for a talented, experienced BD Manager to join their existing team based in London, supporting the award-winning corporate practice group.

This firm has a superb reputation and is renowned for their high-quality approach. Their marketing and BD team are highly regarded and play an integral part in the firm's overarching strategy. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and inclusive, and they have a brilliant track record in retaining their staff through excellent learning and development opportunities.

This BD Manager role will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive a range of BD and client initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an existing BD Manager who is looking to take on more ownership and autonomy, or a high-performing Senior Executive/Advisor who is looking to step up.

The remit includes:

  1. Collaborating with partners to develop client targeting plans and initiatives, driving client development and cross-selling activities, and developing collaborative internal relationships.
  2. Partnering with associate-level team members to coach and support the development of BD skills and best practices.
  3. Supporting the development of impactful content and campaigns.
  4. End-to-end management of flagship events for the corporate practice.

The successful candidate will possess:

  1. At least 5 years of BD experience gained in a professional services environment.
  2. Excellent client management skills and experience, with a track record of developing relationships.
  3. Proactive, solutions-oriented, client-focused approach.
