The Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the clinical research sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and leading strategic initiatives that expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the clinical research sector.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, preferably within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of the CRO landscape and clinical trials process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and contributing to company growth.
