Responsibilities:
Creating long-term, trusting relationships with customers
Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, preparing sales reports
Identifying new business opportunities among existing customers
Dealing with client queries and issues
Liaising with cross-functional internal teams
Attending regular client visits UK Wide
Constantly striving to improve the entire customer experience
Delivering improved waste collection models and ability to write into a structured proposal
Requirements and Skills:
3-5 years of experience in a Total Waste Management solutions/outsourcing business working as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Contract Manager
Experience in Sales or Business Development role within Waste, TWM, Facilities Management, M+E, or Building Services, liaising with customers and coordinating projects is preferred.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office / Google
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
