Business Development and Marketing Manager - Real Estate (Fixed Term Contract)

We are currently working with a leading law firm to recruit a Business Development and Marketing Manager for their specialist real estate groups. This is a 12-month fixed term contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement marketing and business development strategies for various real estate teams.
  2. Collaborate with partners and fee earners to enhance the firm's reputation and grow client relationships.
  3. Execute marketing campaigns and content plans, utilising digital, events, and thought leadership.
  4. Work with external PR agencies to promote the firm's Planning and Construction Disputes teams.
  5. Support fee earners in building and growing relationships with key intermediaries and referral sources.
  6. Coordinate and provide strategic advice on pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  7. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development and marketing initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

  1. 5+ years' experience in a business development role.
  2. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  3. Strong client focus and relationship-building skills.
  4. Organised with good project management skills.
  5. Experience within a professional services or regulated environment is desirable.
