Business Development Manager

Do you have a flair for creative marketing, winning new customers and nurturing relationships with existing customers? Are you passionate about providing the best level of service to your customers?

We are looking for someone who excels in business development and customer relations to help grow NYtech, North Yorkshire Council’s digital forensics service. NYtech provides digital forensics and related services to a range of public sector organisations.

Key aspects of the role are:

• Developing a marketing strategy, including producing engaging communications to promote our services
• Identifying new opportunities, both in existing markets and markets with untapped potential
• Working alongside North Yorkshire Council’s existing commercial offerings to provide a range of complimentary services
• Ensuring our teams deliver a high-quality service to our customers

Whilst experience of business development in the fields of digital forensics, legal services or investigations would be desirable, we want to hear from people who can demonstrate they excel in delivering strong business growth and providing excellent service to customers.
