What's the role about?

Business Development Manager

Do you have a knack for the commercial game and a love for tackling tough challenges?

Do you have a proven track record in the out-of-home (OOH) channel?

Are you a dynamic individual looking for a new challenge with an amazing confectionery brand?

Full time, Permanent

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum (£32-36k OTE) + up to 20% bonus + company car

Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: Crawley, Brighton, Guildford, Leatherhead, Sutton and surrounds

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind business development and territory management, navigating a diverse landscape of sectors and clients within the confectionery OOH scene. From local favourites to regional powerhouses, you'll be the linchpin in our growth strategy, building bridges and nurturing connections along the way.

What are we looking for?

  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude; the right candidate will succeed in OOH through being tenacious and resilient
  • Previous experience working with customers in OOH/Foodservice channels
  • Experience in sales and winning new business
  • A full, manual UK or international driving license held for at least 1 year
